People following the 'Smooth Suspension Street Stock Super Series' would know that the first two rounds of the series were washed out due to rain, as a result vouchers from these and the other sponsors were not given out as they were not earnt, well 'Smooth Suspension' & 'Proflow Geelong' have come good for their customers & the support they love by chipping in to cover trophies for the top three in the series & in the case of Proflow Geelong, they are still giving out the vouchers they committed too, how good is that?!

With rain affecting the income earnt from the committed venues & potential drivers who would have attended both Darlington & Rosedale if the weather was more favourable, Smooth Suspension, along with Proflow Geelong & DMT Sports Media have chipped in cash to make sure the top three get some of the best trophies they can get made.

Wayne Sheerman who didn’t have to come up with $600- in vouchers for the two rounds has committed financially towards the trophies with a similar value amount.

Chris Spencer on the other hand has committed to putting in cash & get this, still giving out the two $200 vouchers that would have gone out at round one and two, what a fricken legend!

What’s going to happen is that one $200- voucher will go to the driver who can lead the most laps in the All Star race this Sunday at Hamilton Speedway.

With the highest series point scoring drivers starting towards the back, one of those drivers with a heat win starting towards the front that may have finished around thirteenth to ninth in the series might be able to get away & lead for a stack of laps until the big guns chase them down & if that occurs they pick up a Proflow Geelong $200 voucher.

If they stay out front and win the All Star race, well they get the voucher & the $1500 Koni/King suspension set from Smooth Suspension for winning the All Star race.

The second $200- voucher is going to go to the heat drive of the night as judged by the VSCF officials their on the night officiating the Victorian Junior Sedan title.

Both supporters realise that a series affected by rain, still needs to reward the top three with their trophies, in a perfect would their would have been a number of trophies for other drivers that supported the series, however on the back of the first ever 'Super Series' maybe supporters will look to get onboard next season.

The drivers in the series & the promoter cannot thank Smooth Suspension & Proflow Geelong enough for their support of the best damned division in Australia!

Sunday night you just have to be at Western Speedway Hamilton to catch a glimpse of the Western Grand in the Hand for Street Stocks, the Victorian Junior Sedan title & the All Star race, don’t miss it from 4.30pm til 10.30pm
