• The Keyboard Racer recently contacted Premier Speedway by email – how else – wishing to put something back into the sport that has seen this Mythical Character, become a regular social media contributor, via the South West Conveyancing Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic which has once again attracted more than 100 entrants.

The Keyboard Racer has orchestrated a deal that will see the Hard Charger in the 2019 South West Conveyancing receive a full Sprintcar Wrap to the value of $1750.00.

As always the Keyboard Racer’s sense of humor and love of Sprintcar Racing was evident in a typically humorous statement as forwarded to Premier Speedway.

The following is a quote from the Keyboard Racer”:

"The Grand Annual Sprintcar Classic is such a special event and the annual pilgrimage to Warrnambool is must attend for so many.

The whole town really embraces the Speedway community to create a real buzz around the event, it’s a credit to the Mayor Jamie Veal.

Being able to be a small part of the event via sponsorship is an absolute privilege, up there with listening to Gav White’s commentary.

Isaac from Fast Print Studios has been a great supporter of the Keyboard Racer concept and when I jokingly threw a TVG style slide job and suggested that we join forces to create a sponsorship package for the Classic, Isaac was all for it and put together a small consortium of individuals to help.

It’s a blessing for me to have assistance from a company like Fast Print. Fast Print Studios provide graphic design as well as supplies and installs signs, displays, banners as well as vehicle graphics & wraps with attention to detail that is only rivalled by J-Mac’s beard maintenance.

Discussing the prospect & still inspired by the run of Tim Kaeding & Rusty Hickman in 2018, the hard charger award was exactly the award we wanted to sponsor and it’s a fact you can’t spell TKR without TK. Plus it would look very obvious if we sponsored best presented and it was taken home by a page favourite such as Keke Falland, Taylor Milling, TVG or Jack Lee."

Premier Speedway General Manager David Mills was also excited about having TKR on board.

“We haven’t done too many sponsorship deals with people we haven’t met or even seen before, but it is great to have the Keyboard racer on board for the Classic as our sponsor of the Hard Charger Award”, Mills said.

“They will go hand in hand with the likes of Lex Pollard, Bill Hicks, R & M Security and Thomo’s Race Graphix as amazing supporter of our Classic Contingency Awards”, he added.
