  • It has become a tradition for the Mainline DynoLog Dynamometers All Star Series to hold its final round at Timmis Speedway, Mildura and and this season will be the same with the venue hosting the event for the 6th year on Saturday 28th February.
    The end of season celebrations will begin on Friday 27th at the Setts Hotel, 110-114 Eighth Street for an informal get together. A Car Display at the Gateway Tavern on Saturday morning followed by the End of Season Championship Pit Party after the races Saturday night.
    “We continue to hold our Presentation Pit Party at the end of our race meeting as this works well for all our teams. It’s a nice informal way to say thanks to everyone for their efforts, for the thousands of miles travelled and for the memories we have shared together being a part of our All Star Series.” Promoter Mandy Searle tells us.
    “With the points as close as they are again we can guarantee the racing will be spectacular. SA75 Scott Bogucki currently sits in first place but has only a small margin of 16 points. Sitting in second is SA71 Sam Putland, V34 Brenten Farrer 3rd, V83 Chris Solomon 4th and V4 Phil Lock rounding out the top 5. It really is another series championship that will be decided on the night. We love returning to Mildura and this season will be another highlight for us even if a bit sad because it’s the end of the year for us – which I hate.” says Searle.
