  • Kodee Brown has not given up chances of winning then Australian Late Model Championship, but will need divine intervention to make it a reality similar to 1971 Miracle Mile winner, Mount Eden, when he takes part in the final night of competition on Saturday night, at the Perth Motorplex.

Brown missed qualifying and his first heat after a fuel pump issue, which had the former National Champion start at the back of his second heat and the back of the second Preliminary A Main.

Brown showed what he is capable of in the Preliminary A Main, making his way to fifth at the end of twenty laps.

Browns plan to win the Title is quite achievable, particularly if you have experience as a taxi driver in a foreign Country!

“Well my plan is to put my tail between my legs and go like anything in the first heat to hopefully bank the win. This will have me start somewhere in the back half of the B Main, and hopefully from there I can make the final”, Brown said.

“Then I will go stupid, in a controlled way and start passing cars like a taxi driver in Bangkok to win the National Title”, he joked. (or was he?).

“Realistically, if I need a few yellows if I make the final, to keep me close and I will have a real crack”, he added. “The moral of the story is I am going to crack a red bull and send it”, he concluded.

Action commences at 6.00pm, with Live Streaming on Dirt Vision.
