  • Kodee Brown will be looking for his third consecutive podium finish tomorrow night at the Perth Motorplex, when he contests the next round of the BGC Pro Dirt Late Model Series.

    His chances of replicating his previous two performances have been bolstered this week, with the team finding the issue which has plagued the Broome based driver at the last two events, which has seen the car pushing toward the fence in the corners.

    “We have found the issue after stripping the car down, and it has made an immediate difference. We had no issues at practice on Wednesday night, and the old girl was smooth and fast”, said Brown.

    This is not only good for the series and Brown, but also an ominous warning to his competitors as the major events follow into the new year.

    Twenty two drivers have entered the event on Saturday night which honours the legendary John Day, with action on track from 4.30pm WST, with the first Late Model heat scheduled for 6.56pm WST. Four, eight lap heats will be contested before the 30 lap A Main at 9.40pm.
