• He’s one of the most well-travelled and widely sought after drivers in Australian Sprintcar racing.

And he’s locked in for all four nights of the $150,000 Clay-Per-View Sprintcars Speedweek Series over Christmas-New Year from Murray Bridge to his hometown of Warrnambool.

Jamie Veal has been the ‘super sub’ in between running his own #35 SWI Maxim driving for Sprintcar heavyweight teams Dyson Motorsport and Monte Motorsport in recent outings but he’ll return to the #35 for Speedweek.

Between Chariots of Thunder in Darwin, Archerfield, Sydney, Toowoomba, Murray Bridge, Mount Gambier and The Perth Motorplex outside his native Victoria the former Australian Champion has done his share of kilometres to compete across the nation since becoming Australia #1 in 2020.

The Warrnambool wizard will add some more significant star and fan appeal to the line-up as he contests all four nights of Speedweek to fish for his share of the $150,000 on offer.

Veal has won at all of the Speedweek venues over the years and the 2016 Classic and WSS winner has proven there are no home track advantages when the black #35 rolls into the pits over his state borders.

His addition to Speedweek is sure to set tongues wagging.

    Is this your Series winner?
